Our collections often feature handwoven, hand-block printed and handcrafted textiles. Due to the
nature of traditional dyeing and printing techniques, some fabrics may release excess colour,
especially during the first few cleans. This is a natural characteristic of handcrafted textiles and does
not necessarily result in fading of the garment.

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture.
• Store delicate and embellished garments separately to prevent snagging.
• We recommend airing your garments occasionally during long periods of storage.

SHIPPING & PAYMENT
At AstitvaIndia, we take utmost care in preparing and dispatching your order so that your chosen
pieces reach you safely.
SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
• We offer complimentary shipping within India on all orders above Rs. 5,000.
• For orders below Rs. 5,000, a flat shipping charge of Rs. 200 will be applicable.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will incur an additional COD handling charge of Rs. 100.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• International shipping charges will be calculated on an actual-cost basis, depending on the
destination, weight and dimensions of the shipment.
• Customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, clearance charges or any other charges levied by the
destination country are not included in the product price or shipping charges and shall be borne by
the recipient.
• These charges are determined by the customs and regulatory authorities of the receiving country
and may vary according to local laws and regulations.
PAYMENT
We accept payments through the payment methods available on our website at checkout.
For international orders, any additional bank charges, currency conversion fees or transaction
charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer.

AstitvaIndia is not responsible for delays arising due to customs clearance, regulatory procedures or
other circumstances beyond our control.

At AstitvaIndia, every piece is handcrafted with care. As our products are made in limited quantities and often one of a kind, we do not accept returns.

Clothing Exchanges: Exchanges for size or colour are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Each garment is eligible for one exchange only. Return shipping is borne by the customer; replacement shipping is covered by AstitvaIndia.

Credit Note: If an exchange is not possible, a Credit Note valid for 6 months may be issued. Credit Notes are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Not Eligible: Jewellery, Bags, Home Décor, customised or made-to-order items, and all sale or discounted products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or Credit Notes.

Damaged Orders: Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours with a continuous parcel opening video. Claims without the video cannot be processed.

As all our products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, weave, print, and finish are natural and not considered defects. All exchange requests are subject to quality inspection.
